I created this design as a memorial for surrealist filmmaker David Lynch, who chose the epitaph "night-blooming jasmine" for his headstone at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Night-blooming jasmine (cestrum nocturnum) is not a true jasmine but rather a member of the nightshade family. It is known for its star-shaped flowers and heavy, intoxicatingly sweet scent, which is strongest at night. Cast in your choice of solid sterling silver, 10k gold, or 14k rose or yellow gold.
