This piece is handmade to order and will take 2-4 weeks to ship. Seven skulls form a wreath that is suspended from a 3.1mm sterling silver patterned oval cable chain. Cast in solid sterling silver that has been oxidized. This pendant is also available in sterling silver suspended from a 3mm nickel-free stainless steel ball chain. Please note chain length up to 30" in checkout.
