Description Boxing Global Trainer ™ Boxing Global Trainer ™ is an introductory course designed to teach the basics of boxing for fitness. The participant will learn and develop teaching/instructing skills and techniques using boxing gloves and focus pads. They will develop a variety of different training methods to create a fun, safe and effective workout for 1 on 1 personal training or group fitness instruction.
